Story

Longfellow’s Furniture is a locally owned and operated full service furniture store. Longfellow’s has provided furniture to the Chilliwack, Hope, Abbotsford and Fraser Valley since 1973. Some of you may even know us as Fashion Furniture Buy Longfellow… if so, you’ve dealt with us for a long time and we do appreciate your business.

We have two stores at one location to serve you.

Whether you are shopping by price or by quality, Longfellow’s has a product for you. We have mattresses, dinettes, sofas, lots of leather, bedroom suites, tables, and lamps.

From the moment we walked into the store we were very impressed. The store might look small from the outside but it is packed with beautiful furniture. This family-run business changed the way I feel about furniture shopping. Not once did we feel pushed towards purchasing something and they were extremely fair and accommodating once we found the exact pieces for our home. To top off the entire experience, our furniture was delivered not only within the same day...but within an hour of purchase! We will definitely be back!
We went looking for a couch today. Excellent service, good warranty included in their pricing, and same day delivery. They will be the only furniture place we buy furniture from here on out!
Hands down the best customer service I have received, anywhere! Great deals, lots of selection and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you are completely happy with your order/purchase. Ken helped me personally and I cannot say enough good things about him! Highly recommended.
Best customer service each and every time I have bought an item from this local furniture store . Bought a new mattress there this week . Had purchased an adjustable bed and mattress there as well some 6 months ago . As luck would have it the adjustable bed remote stopped working yesterday . The remote just died . The friendly delivery staff tried their best to fix the problem . No go . They called store , explained they could not fix the issue , and wonderful personnel drove to my home to drop off a new remote . Fixed! I , then proceeded to put protective cover on new mattress . This did not fit a mattress 10 inches in height. Sigh ! Again , delivery staff told me the would help out . I told them I would purchase replacement another day . They left . However , driver returned about an hour and half later with the new mattress cover . Not only did he drop off the mattress cover , but I was advised it was a complementary gift from the store owners . Thank you ! Do yourself a favour and support this local business. You will not be disappointed.
Never have I revived better customer service. Both Rob and Ken were amazing and helped me get the couch I wanted on a discount. Ken even went out of his way to deliver it personally for free and refused any delivery charge because they were short handed that day. Aside from the customer service they have an absolutely great selection of furniture. Honestly couldn’t recommend shopping here enough. Best experience I’ve had as a customer.
A great selection and the staff are helpful and will make the effort to help you find what you are looking for. We purchased two stools there over a year ago and the were able to assemble them quickly and take pride in ensuring the furniture will last.
Most furniture Canadian made which makes me very happy. It's time to support our own country and local businesses. Friendly and knowledgeable service. I definitely recommend and would certainly return to this business.
Great people to get furniture from. Quality furniture with no sales pressure but a willingness to help when required. I'm a repeat happy customer. Just got my Mom a new table and chairs set today. Thanks again for everything!
Amazing service!!! Staff are friendly, informative, no pressure and did I mention friendly?!?!? Prices are very reasonable. Fantastic selection with most in stock which means fast delivery. We are loving our new couch and chair. Highly recommended!!
