Manish Was very patient explaining things to me. And I appreciate that he was able to save me money on my cell phone service. I am now a virgin customer.

Your manager, Frank, is a disgrace to your store’s leadership standards. While SEVEN employees stood idle at the customer service desk, some scrolling on their phones, EIGHTEEN customers waited in a single line at the copy centre for orders, copier assistance, and shipping services. One poor customer had to ask for help 4 times at a copier with no one helping her. One overwhelmed employee was left to manage everything alone who, for the record, seemed lovely and helpful with those she helped. Unfortunately, I had to interact with Frank.nnWhen she called for help, Frank eventually wandered over, several minutes later, moving at a glacial pace, visibly annoyed, and shuffling his feet. Instead of assisting where the urgent need was, he began processing returns at a snail’s pace, bumbling along and making several mistakes as he processed easy returns. He was curt and entirely unhelpful; what a sad choice for a store manager!nnAs a former Staples employee, I know this is far from the company’s standard. This was an unacceptable display of indifference, poor leadership, and disregard for both staff and customers. This was a clear failure of leadership, and every customer in line noticed amidst their frustration. You should seriously reconsider who you place in a management role and train your staff to work as a team. What an embarrassment to your store!nnIt’s interesting to me, upon reading other reviews, that others have had significant issues with the staff at your store. Your reply to each of these is a “copy and paste” reply stating that “customer satisfaction is a top priority”; clearly this is not the case. Head office will be contacted.

this store is clean & organized, and in my experience, staff is friendly, helpful & competent. i have used their printing service on several occasions. since i generally do not enjoy a chain store experience, i am definitely glad i found this Staples. good job, everyone!

I would like to thank Shaina & Ashley in the photo area July 22, 2025. Despite the accumulation of patrons behind me, neither winced, shrugged, gasped or hurried me. Both were exemplary in their professional attitude of processing my request of a 5x7 in print. In the end the photo was more costly than I was ready to pay. These two young employees are a tribute to young people employed by Staples. Please acknowledge their skill set as I am doing.nFaith
