Very helpful staff. We showed up when it was really busy and only 2 staff on. But it gave is time to try all the beds and be ready when it was our turn. But buying a bed is never a quick thing so it was all good!

Went in and laid on their adjustable bed. Thought it was great. Once we started sleeping on it, we found that we always flatten it back to a normal bed. We traded to a softer mattress after a few weeks, it was better but still on the firm side. They recommended we walk on the mattress or use our knees to try and work to soften the foam. Seems like that should be done at the factory if that really is a thing. Spent $4500 and prefer to sleep on the $1000 bed in our spare room. Buyers remorse.

The only place to go for beds. You can set up a profile for your warranties and purchase history which is very handy

Claude helped us find something we had lost...a good night sleep! He was patient and efficient in helping us find the right bed for our needs. My husband was supposed to build us a bed frame but we ended up purchasing one. We did not need the box springs anymore so Claude took them back with pick up no questions asked! Now that is service! We recommend Sleep Country Canada in Chilliwack. We recommend Claude you will not be disappointed with his knowledge, service and great attitude. Kim G
