Excellent selection of 1up arcade machines. Caught me by surprise. Came in for a couch for the living room and came out with outrun 1up. I didn't even know they made mini driver cabs. They also have digital pinball machines too. Come look for some furniture or plan a birthday party there, it's a party inside. Very helpful staff, dhillon went above and beyond. Answered all our questions and was very polite.
Seth was a very knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson. He took the time with us and explained everything clearly about the products we purchased as well as the warranty on each product. He was a very polite and respectful young man and we were very pleased with our purchases as well as our experience doing business with him in the store. We will definitely be going back to the Brick and asking for Seth for any of our future purchases. Thanks Seth for a job well done.
Here we are again at the Brick, this time to purchase a table and chairs. Its fair to say we have placed some business with this particular store over the last 12 months. They always go that extra mile to afford you the excellent level in service provision you would expect when when you are spending your hard earned cash. Special mention goes out to Tyler Ross, who we have previously dealt with last year, again, Tyler provided sterling knowledge and ability to offer us complete peace of mind when placing our order again. I strongly recommend this company and specifically Tyler, if your in the position of buying anything that the Brick have on their portfolio of products, you would be very wise to give them a try. you will not be disappointed.
Bought a new couch last week. Big selection to choose from and the sales team was informative but not pushy. We didn't feel pressured to buy at all, Hondo just helped us find one that worked the best for us for a good deal. Delivery was perfect. The team communicated well and got the couch in really fast with no damage. Great place to furnish your house, we will be going back for sure.
Tyler helped me with my questions regarding my credit from my warranty. He was kind, polite, and professional. I didn't feel pressured or chased. Explained that it wasn't ready for use due to policy and continued to help me with my purchase as a gift. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I had to call regarding pickup and arrival of an item and Brian was polite and courteous. I would highly recommend the Chilliwack Brick!
Tyler Ross was wonderful. We came in looking for a couch for our new place and he was super helpful, great to talk to and super informative on everything. We ended up getting a beautiful nesting chair. Came back on Boxing Day, we immediately found him to help us with TVS and he was so chill, gave us time to figure things out with absolutely no rush let alone, on such a busy day for them. Did not push us on products but gave us all the necessary knowledge to make a proper decision on our own time. We decided on an amazing quality TV and Tyler was just the best. Would not of wanted to deal with anyone other than Tyler Ross.
Dealt with Tyler Ross and bought some furniture, had the foresight to tell us to wait to purchase a few items because they would soon be half off, was actually looking out for us to save money. As a family man this is hugely important to me, lots of integrity. I recommend this store, wasn't high pressure, an easy experience for sure.
My Sales Consultant Tyler Ross was very helpful & knowledgeable. Gave practical information on the products to help me make informed decisions on my purchases. He also was patient taking the time with me to review which was very appreciated. I’d highly recommend Tyler to those in need of Brick products
Seth was amazing. Great customer service. On delivery day. No call text or email. No show delivery and when I called the store. I was told I can pick up from store my self or have to wait another 4 days. And will have to lose a day in pay from work. Roads were clear from the snow fall.
We came in just to look at washers and dryers. Tyler was the most helpful salesperson and found us a set within our budget. He was knowledgeable and straight to the point - the kind of salesperson we enjoy talking to. He is making sure we get it delivered and installed before the weekend. Thanks Tyler!
