THE best place to go for Yoga! I love the welcoming and intimate environment White Pine yoga provides. There is a great range of classes available and I have enjoyed many of them. From Prenatal yoga to Mom and Baby to the Yin and Tonic or Relax and Renew class, White Pine Yoga has supported my physical and mental health as I became a mother for the first time. The experience of attending a class at White Pine Yoga is one not to be missed,the instructors are wonderful and attentive and the yoga is top notch. I always leave feeling so blissed out and grateful. Big thanks to you guys for bringing the love to Pembroke, namaste!

I have attended several classes at White Pine Yoga. My first was after the birth of my second child for 'Mom and Baby'. The class was a perfect balance of relaxation and strengthening post-pregnancy. I have attended the 'Woman's Day of Wellness - which was a series of various classes and an amazing gluten-free organic lunch, and well worth the money. I generally purchase a 5 or 10 pack as I find that it is most flexible with my schedule and good value. I love the Yin classes for stretching and Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. There is a new class called Yin and Tonic where there is a massage therapist present to massage during practice. It is AMAZING and one of my best yoga experiences. My daughter has also attended a children's yoga 'Camp' in the summer months and loved every moment. I appreciate that this studio provides a positive learning environment that is supportive and non-competitive. Anyone will feel welcome. The positive talk that Shannon provides in her classes really supports my own goals, personal growth and practice. I feel very lucky that this Yoga studio has opened in Pembroke. What a positive improvement to our community. I would encourage anyone to try it out!

A bright, beautiful, calming, fun and welcoming studio. I have attended many of their different classes, Women's Day of Wellness, sent my daughter to their yoga camp, and received Thai Yoga Massages from Shannon (holy moly AMAZING!!!!!). I highly recommend their classes for novice or advanced, young or old, - WPY offers an amazing asset to our community!
