Pembroke Athletics and Conditioning

I have no idea what kind of business these people run but I can comment on a poor personal experience. One of the owners dog jumped on my car and scratched it. He gave me false contact information under the alias "chris" to get the damage fixed. Unfortunately for the owner it was very easy finding out who he actually was. I would think that when running a business in a small town you would want to treat the members of the community you serve with respect. That has not been the case.

I started working out at Pembroke Athletics after twin pregnancy related bedrest and a C section. Essentially the weakest and largest I've ever been. I lost 10 lbs and 2 inches off my waistline in the first month. Every day Brad modified my work outs for my strength and preexisting injuries and I can't believe the improvement in just 30 days. I feel stronger, faster and generally happier already. I still have 20 lbs to go but I've never felt so encouraged and supported. The staff and members at the gym are all helpful and totally inclusive. Collectively someone is always entertaining my babies if I bring them with me. Where else can you get unlimited personal training for the cost of a gym membership? Nowhere! Highly recommended.
