1. Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs were definitely fake. But the spread was decent. Coffee was good. The complementary room coffee was decaf, though, and they never replaced it when Housekeeping cleaned the room. So for the last day of my stay, I didn't have any coffee in my room. 2. Tub floor was dirty and/or moldy. Could have used a good bleaching. 3. Pillows on the bed were too small, irregularly-shaped, and too firm. 4. Staff was nice. I checked in early and there was a room available. 5. Internet was decent. No real issues.

Nice clean, quiet motel. Pool and laundry facility is close together. Enjoyed pool while laundry was washing and drying. Staff very friendly and helpful. Internet not great but I haven't been to any brand of motel that has good internet!!!

Fine for the location which is right next to the Interstate. If you are expecting more than you should not book here. It was convenient and clean and staff was very nice.

Beat Western Executive is a great place to stay in the New Haven area. The lobby is gorgeous, the rooms are awesome, especially with the glass wall, everything is very clean, and the Wi-Fi works fantastically. Great place for a family or the business traveler like me.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The pool was a nice size. Only complaint concerning the pool was that it got deep fast, there was very little shallow water (4 ft). Breakfast was lovely. Overall very nice stay
