Outrageous wait times for simple services like dropping off a package. 6 people were in line all of which were waiting a minimum of 20 minutes. Not the first time this has happened to me. This location lacks the ability to provide quality customer service. Only has 1 worker working the shipping desk, passport photo and printing desk. Unacceptable service
Moronic company with moronic staff.nGreat that you have self serve options.nBut when the instructions are not just unclear - but literally incorrect - would be nice to have staff say they’ll deal with it rather than:n1- Say they can do the printing for you, but charge 8x more than the self-serve option; andn2- Not even show a hint of understanding that the instructions are incorrect and they should be suggesting changes to the instructions.nnFor clarity: Instructions say to email the picture you want to print, to their PrintMe email address. NOWHERE DOES IT SAY THAT IT MUST BE EMAILED AS AN ATTACHMENT RATHER THAN IN THE EMAIL BODY iPhones automatically email pictures in the email body….!!
Shipping staff lacks customer service skills. Brought an Amazon package for return with its original box and the lady just took it out and told me to take the box back with me. First of all, box was pretty small and item fitted inside just fine, second if you don't need the box just throw it out or use it for something else. Is this a shipping centre or not? Can't handle a small box?
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your Staples location. Today, I visited with the intent to purchase two office chairs, only to find that the Service Ontario area was occupied by approximately 25 people, all of whom were seated on the very chairs I was hoping to try. As a result, I was unable to try any of the chairs before making a purchase.nnWhen I spoke with a staff member about the situation, I was informed that management has not taken action to relocate the chairs from the Service Ontario area. This response was both frustrating and completely unacceptable.nnIt is difficult to understand why such a setup would be allowed to persist, as it clearly undermines the purpose of the retail space and the ability of customers to make purchases. I expect better from your business This experience has left me reconsidering future purchases.nI would of taken picture, but I am sure the Store Manager knows.nnWhy would Staples let this continue?
FedEx delivered a package at this location for me and Staples took over 2 weeks to find it, I contacted FedEx multiple times and my package showed as delivered but Staples would tell me they didn’t have it. Finally after coming 3+ times and contacting FedEx in front of them, they finally “found” my package. Pretty sure it was going to get stolen or all of their employees are not willing to make the minimum effort for a customer do their job. Hire different people! All of them are lazy.
