Came in to buy an office chair. Found one that I liked. Flagged down an associate named MK and he got the chair for me. In and out in 15 minutes. Fast and easy, A+.
Updated Review:nI wanted to update my earlier review about my experience at Staples Leaside. My first order didn’t go as expected — I had asked for a 36x42 print on vinyl sticker material, but it was printed on regular paper instead. I was really disappointed at first.nnThat said, I have to give a huge thanks to Mark, the store manager, who handled the situation incredibly well. He was super understanding, professional, and made things better by issuing a refund. Mistakes can happen, but the way Mark took care of it really stood out.nnThanks again, Mark! I really appreciate your help — I’ll definitely keep coming back because of the great customer service.
