My experience at Robert Lowrey, before, during and after the piano purchase, was entirely positive.  They are knowledgeable, thoughtful and very professional.  In other words, everything you could ask for  when making a big, long term purchase like this.  Kudos to them!

I've recently graduated and was looking to purchase my first grand piano. After digging around online for both new and used, I realized that even though I was RCM 10, I knew next to nothing about pianos. Robert Lowrey's was so helpful and honest in both pricing and instruments. My 5"4 grand stands proud, and sounds exactly like I want it to. 10/10 would buy again from the piano experts!

As a professional musician and piano teacher, having a top quality instrument is of great importance. I have purchased a grand piano and a Roland keyboard from Robert Lowrey Piano Experts and both have been a delight for me and my students to play. Recently, I have hosted house concerts with world class concert pianists and they have remarked at the beautiful tone of my Kohler and Campbell grand piano. My students over the years have also purchased pianos from Lowrey's and all been impressed with the selection, the workmanship and personalized help in purchasing and servicing pianos. Kudos all around to Robert Lowrey and his fine staff.
