adidas Store Toronto

Great experience and great staff. Don't see how anyone has had a bad encounter there. I went to buy a new pair of running shoes last week and the guy who helped me asked me something that no other retail worker has said to me, "How do you like to run"? After that I knew this guy knew what he was talking about. I found out that I do not like cushioned shoes, as I like a more grounded feel. Felt confident with my purchase of the Boston runners and will defiantly come again. Hopefully Svi will be there when I look to buy my next shoes 10/10 recommendation as it is a friendly environment! They need more kid stuff though

Huge fan of the brand, but this store is just horrible and embarrassing, considering it has such a great location. The staffs are totally not helpful; all they do are chit-chatting with each other and could not care less about what customers are looking for. While waiting at the line for check out, a guy was super pushy on making me do their survey even though I insisted that I didn't have time and really didn't feel like to. He even said that all I have to do is press one click to give them a 10 and he would make stuffs up to fill the rest of the review form. The cashier is just exactly the same. She told me about a charity donation going on, since I was already quite upset with their bad service, I said I don't want to donate any. She spent the next 5 mins sarcastically and even saying it out loud attempting to embarrass me: "You really won't donate any? Even just 5 dollars, dude? Seriously?" It's my money and my freedom choose to donate or not. I find what she did was really poor and unprofessional. Please Adidas, if you have the money to have such a nice store location, please at least hire decent staffs and not embarrass your brand like this. I have been to a lot of smaller adidas stores and they all have 10 times better customer service than this.

Not really sure why there are SO many bad reviews! I’ve been here many times and the sales associates have all been very helpful at every experiences. I talk too much btw lol. The one down side is they don’t carry many kids items and soccer kits year round :( Other than that thumbs up. I love Adidas.

Amazing staff, not pushy, very approachable and knowledgeable. Nice location and easily accessible.

Really nice associates. Cool store layout and the apparel was fresh. The cashiering was terribly slow, but other than that I loved the store.
