Great personable staff, and great help! Staff is well educated and they will guide you into the right direction for whatever it is you're looking for. Major thumbs up to Regan as well! He really made the entire buying experience much better! Hundred percent would recommend to anyone in the local area to check them out!

Had to replace our main computer today as the hard drive on our 9 year old Mac failed. As ever, the staff at Simply Computing were thorough, attentive, and supremely helpful. This store is often very busy - they're the only full-service Apple dealer and repair shop in Kamloops, and a steady stream of business keeps them hopping. Today we were lucky and got there before it got busy, but I have been in a slow queue at Simply Computing before. It isn't easy to be patient while another customer is carefully served, but you know when it's your turn you'll get the same quality of service.

Simply computing and their managers are scam artists. Deny showing when they change their policies regarding leasing warranty or any warranty what so ever. Charge extra for the same repair quoted 2 years earlier. Would never suggest these people. You can get the same information they give from google. Suggest ordering online or from anywhere else. Will never spend a dime here.. reason why all reviews are 1 star or from current employees.

Focused on sales not service. Zero customer service skills with the guy I talked with. He suggested calling Apple repeatedly without answering my question. I will call Apple and won't be back to your store.

Such great service and knowledgeable about both phones and computers. The manager did his best to help me in a hard time because I was a evacuee of the BC Wildfires. I needed a charger for my phone and they gave me one free of charge! It is so great to have businesses that help others in a time of crisis. If ever I need to go somewhere in Kamloops for my computer needs they'll be my first stop.
