Bell MTS

Have dealt with this store since it originally was privately owned and over the years customer service had gone downhill but was in for a new phone today and was very smooth and the quickest most painless transaction I have every had. Hope it stays that way. Nick was friendly and competent

Came down for a good promo but I couldn't hear the gentleman working there over the scream yelling children at the unmanned play place 20 feet away, I hope those kids buy a lot of cellphones if their business means more than ours, sry mts kildonan I will be driving to another mall (still mts) where they aren't chasing away customer who can't take loud screaming. If I wanted to shop at the McDonald's play place I would have

Called this location with a simple yes or no question, "do you take home hardware returns?". Nothing was said, just the sound of the phone being slammed as it was being hung up. Thought maybe he dropped the phone so i waited for the dial tone because i was so shocked he would have the audacity... especially in the age of online reviews. Don't support this location, let them fizzle out and die like the one on henderson hwy did.

Brutally bad sales staff. Heinously slow moving; more interested in talking to each other than helping the ever growing line up of people. They don't seem to know their jobs very well, much discussion between them on how to do minor things. One girl sat on hold with Bell for 45 minutes waiting for who knows what, never said a word, them hung up when another employee told her how she should be doing whatever it was she was attempting to do. It was amazing to see, in the worst sense of that word. When I was finally at the front of the line the sales staff weren't able to help me and sent me elsewhere. Won't be renewing with Bell MTS.

I'm extremely disappointed. I bought a phone here and I'm now having to bring it back a THIRD time because the workers have no clue how to deal with phones and basically broke my phone as I can no longer use it because they first set it up wrong, and the erased everything off my phone and reset it and now I can't use my phone because they messed it up. I might have to buy a new phone because of them and if I do, I'm definitely signing with a different place. There are only two staff that are nice and actually know what they're doing; Riley and Francis.
