I had what I'm gonna chalk up to an out of the ordinary negative experience purchasing a beer kit . Craig, a manager at this location called me personally within hours of my experience. We were able to discuss the happenings of my visit and he did everything possible to ensure me this was not the norm. We finished our conversation with my being very satisfied and assured that such an experience would not happen to others . I send a sincere thanks for the way the situation was handled and I will be sure to shop here again. So Craig, thank you, and I look forward to making many future visits !!
