Five stars.nnThis review is specifically for Tommy in the Hardware Department at the Regent location.nnI have been to a lot of stores over the years, and it is rare to get this level of service, especially over the phone. I was looking for a specific light bulb and he did not rush the call. He took the time to check inventory, search other locations, and walk through options with me like it actually mattered.nnIn today’s retail environment, that kind of effort stands out. Most places struggle just to answer basic questions. Tommy went above and beyond without hesitation. Professional, positive energy, and clearly takes pride in what he does.nnYou can tell he genuinely enjoys working in hardware. It shows in the way he communicates and how seriously he takes helping customers. That is not common.nnI am a seasoned reviewer and I pay attention to details most people overlook. Service like this is an asset to any store. Management should know they have someone who elevates the customer experience just by the way he handles a simple request.nnIf there were more employees like Tommy, retail would be a different game. He deserves recognition.

I drove from out of town and they couldn't find 2 of my online orders! The person had called in sick that day also; but the manager covering the desk was rude and then called for back up help. I was surprised by how rude your employees were when I indicated you need a better system for your online orders. No one answers the phone; there is NO number on the assigned parking stalls signs outside either. Not my fault you cant find it. I have the confirmations for them. I wasnt waiting around 15-20 minutes and cancelled the orders. Do better!nI will be calling head office as well... sure we are going thru something and its the holidays, but no way to be rude to your paying customers! I won't be back to this location

I want to thank Orion Service advisor, one of the best person spoken in Canadian tire parts and service department and he has guided me to use fuel injector cleaner to ensure my car should get good mileage and also assisted me in finding the best one. He is one of the best asset for Candian tires. Thank you so much Orion.

Huge store, so much stuff. Great help from some workers to find items. However, I find out at the checkout that the 2 for 1 things are not on sale for another 2 days. Check out lady was not happy when I asked about the 2 items that came up separately without discount,said I read the wrong flyer... But the signs said 2 for one and there were a lot of signs. Apparently I didn't read the fine print...??

I came in for a 9am appointment today but it was really a mess. 1. I was told i would have all my tires changed and even with the warranty i did not understand the OTHER section of my receipt. 2. I was watching my car been set up in the garage and I noticed that only one new tire was fixed and I complained to customer service and he said that it was fixed so my car was driven out of the garage. And when I went to my car I immediately knew that they were my very old tire3 still there. Good thing I have not left so I went back in to complain again and they did argue about it but later found out from the garage that only one was fixed. They finally got all tires changed.nRemember that it was a 9am appointment, I didn't leave until 12noon today.nI wasn't too happy cos I was very late for work.
