Canadian Tire

Good customer service although the employee knew nothing about the product. Lots of selection in the store and great sales every week. I shop here for all my hand tools because they have lifetime warranty. I would recommend there higher quality line, it's worth the extra money.

If there was a no star option I would've picked that. Brought my vehicle in to get inspected after my heat stopped working. Was given my breakdown of what was wrong with an estimate on how much it would be to get fixed. I decided to go to a private shop due to getting a better price. When they checked my vehicle they found nothing wrong with it that Canadian Tire pointed out and what was actually wrong was still covered under warranty. After getting my vehicle fixed I went back to speak to the Canadian Tire Auto Manager and stated that I was given false information to fix my vehicle and was quite upset they were going to charge me $550 to fix something that wasn't even broken. The manager then proceed to tell me I did not know mechanics terminology and that all shops have different names for vehicle parts. He told me I wouldn't understand because I was not a mechanic. Little did he know my mother was an Auto Manager at a different Canadian Tire for 5 years. I would not and will never recommend getting your vehicle fixed here. The manager is very rude and it seems like they just want to con people out of money that wont even fix the problem. Worst experience for customer service by far.

I am a regular customer at this location. I overheard an older Caucasian man working at the service desk make a derogatory joke about the Filipino workers in the shop. I'm not surprised but disappointed that employees feel it's acceptable to talk this way in their workplace. Definitely the last time I am shopping at this location.

Terrible Customer Service! I went in with a backpack and the woman at the door immediately started pestering me that I had to leave it at customer service. There was a woman walking in with a purse at the same time so I asked why she was aloud to bring a purse in as she could just as easily conceal something in it as my backpack, to which she replied "that's a purse".

terrible place. asking for assistance is utterly pointless. i waited for over 30 minutes for somebody to assist me and i was just kept getting delayed. talking to customer care is pointless because they completely ignore what you are asking for. after the 4th time that i asked for assistance to no avail, they wouldnt even let me talk to a manager. thank you for making me stand around your store for an hour.
