I’m absolutely disgusted with the service I received from BCAA auto service centre in Kelowna. The front counter attendant basically advised me that I was lying to him about a squeaking noise that my vehicle wasn’t making before I brought it to them to do a wheel alignment, but after they did the alignment the vehicle will not stop squeaking! It wasn’t having any issues or making any noises before I brought it to them and now it is. I paid $120 for a wheel alignment that wasn’t worth it because now my vehicle just makes an annoying noise when you drive it. They stated on the repair order that it happens only over driving 60km/hr however this isn’t true, it makes it whenever the car is moving. It also states that they didn’t take it for a test drive, so how would they even know that. I can not believe the service I received, it was terrible. BCAA is just a money grab. If our vehicle was fine before hand and now it isn’t after you’ve touched it, I’m sorry but you’ve done something wrong, it should be your responsibility to deal with it and fix it.

I did an out of province private trade which was not the easiest of transactions. To begin with I was mistakenly given some incorrect information, but Lana at BCAA fixed it and ensured I was not out of pocket for the error. Great service, great place. Thanks for the help Lana.

Good service here. Knowledgeable staff and very courteous. Coffee and tea available while you wait when busy.

Did everything possible to get me in and out quickly as I had a time crunch. I really appreciate the extra effort put in for me that day.
