Valley First Insurance

Friendly staff who gave us good advice to help us save money and it meant they ended up not getting any business from us. Any time a retailer is willing to not sell me something because it is in my best interest I say Hooray! Five stars for integrity and honesty. I highly recommend this firm.

If I could give them less than one star I would. They are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. A completely knowledge less bunch of idiots, that accept no responsibility for there mistakes. I Work from home and was told that my home insurance company required me to have a commercial policy in place, I made it clear then that if my insurance was going to be affected I could work from another location and that being in not very good health I wasn't that bothered. they insisted that I go to there commercial side and I did as instructed paid another premium and took out another insurance to run along with my home policy . Only to be told a couple of days later that my home policy was to be cancelled because I had now taken out a commercial policy (at there instruction) and they were refusing to insure me. This wouldn't have been so bad but I had a claim going through at the time and no insurance company will take you with a claim pending. They didn't even quote to find a new insurance company but were happy to leave me with out insurance on my home. Through the whole of this very stressful time and it was stressful they were completely clueless stuttering and stammering . They offered no support or any kind of readdress but have continually tried to shift the blame on to me ???. I know absolutely nothing about insurance and as I said merely did as instructed.
