The service at Capri is absolutely amazing. From the counter staff to management, I've never met a more caring group of individuals. I had a mix up with my coverage in the past, and Terry, the manager, was quick to make sure I was well looked after. Capri is a company that has your back, puts it's customers first, and employs an exceptional group of people. I can't say enough great things about my experience here. I used to think it didn't matter where I renewed my car insurance, but now I know first hand that there is a huge difference, and I'll never go anywhere else.

Appreciate the great customer service. In the past I've had big issues with feeling ripped off. Felt completely comfortable with the team at Capri Insurance. Definitely suggest their services. :)

Convenient online payment for premiums, knowledgeable service and timely renewal reminders. We have also used them for event insurance and appreciated their support.
