A bit of a wait time but expected due to COVID delays. The staff are professional and are really trying their best during this difficult time.

This location is quick but always busy, so make an appointment online or expect to wait in a lineup for about 45 minutes to an hour because COVID slows everything down. Note: they are also closed on Wednesdays.

Staff are very fast and efficient, and the nurse who takes blood is very skilled, I barely felt anything and had practically no soreness afterwards. The place looks well kept and hygienic.

Taken on time with a scheduled appointment. Phlebotomist is very nice and professional and I would definitely come back. Not sure why there are no masks available at the front desk and no coughing etiquette posted, at least not clearly visible. A coughing patient should at least cover his/her mouth...

Very systematic and perfectly organised services. On appointment, you are attended perfectly on time.

No one answers calls, why bother giving a phone number on the website?

The door attendant on the ground floor doesn’t wear her mask over her nose, and she pulls down her mask when speaking.

So rude and horrible, I called them to fix an issue with my swab test requisition and they didn't respond and closed the phone on my face.
