The worst Receptionist I ever experienced. So rude and so slow. Every time I had to call at least 4 5 times to check or correct something.
I was a regular patient for years and being healthy and not staying indoors due to COVID I haven’t been to the doctor in two years. Turns out that’s enough for them to let me go as a client and now I’m left without a family doctor after a pretty serious motor vehicle accident. Not cool!
Low IQ receptionists. Truly frustrating, EVERY TIME. Been a patient for over a year.
Dr. Shaha is a wonderful doctor. He's caring, knowledgeable, polite, and kind. My family has been his patients for years and we always recommend him to our friends. The location is also very convenient it'd be wise to book an appointment since it can get very busy at times.
Dr.Shaha has been our excellent, knowledgeable, caring family doctor for 4 years now. Appointments usually available on quite short notice, and wait times are totally reasonable. Have never had any concerns with Waves.
No walk-ins and the front desk was rude about it, no info on the website on how to get an appointment either.
Dr. Shaha is a fantastic doctor. He diagnosed my friend with the correct diagnoses which saved her life. He took the time to take care of her and was very caring. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you ! Lida.
Terrible clinic. Lady at reception is pleasantly nice, but physicians are terrible. Do not go here if you want to feel cared for, these doctors do not care and make you feel worse about any medical issue you come in with. Have gone a few times and everytime it does not feel like a good place. Would highly recommend finding a different clinic.
1 hr waitting, and after you wait a lot they dont have time to check on you. Why they take a lot of patients if the dr is always running late?
Not sure why it says walk in clinic when you google walk in clinics. It’s a family doctor office they won’t take walk ins
