Everyone here was so lovely and pleasant despite having to deal with a lot of grumbling and impatient people. The woman at the check in was so calm and patient, as was the woman at the reception desk. The woman that took my blood was so good that I didn’t feel a thing!
Very fast and accurate service. Make an appointment to skip the lineups. Get your results online! Completely stress free. Minus 1 point fo the difficulty in parking.
Friendly staff. I highly recommend using save my spot which saved a lot of time. Even at 7 am this place gets busy.
Surprisingly friendly staff this is LifeLabs after all. Weekday mornings are extremely quiet. I was able to drop a urine sample in 10 mins.
Always friendly despite being super busy
The folks that work here are courteous and move through people quickly! Their hustle game is strong and need recognition! Bravo!
They told my dad they can't find his appointment because he couldn't remember the first name of his doctor. My dad is old and they didn't care at all to help him.
So far check in is quick. I'll see how long will. It take me to get out of here.
