The best way to get labs done is to get the app. You can easily search the surrounding area to find a location that isn’t as busy and can check in and hold your place before you arrive. There are two checkin counters here and they are separated by a barrier. Only two chairs are available for people that want to sit. I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

Extremely bureaucratic, difficult to do business with. Make sure you bring the right physical paperwork with you or you will be unceremoniously turned away, no matter if you spent months waiting for your booking.

Surprisingly friendly staff this is LifeLabs after all. Weekday mornings are extremely quiet. I was able to drop a urine sample in 10 mins.

This is my go-to location for routine lab work, but I was hesitant to book here, as I am extremely COVID- paranoid, and the office is on the 7th floor of a medical building with packed elevators, but with horrific reviews at many other locations, I figured, the devil you know...I booked an appointment for 7:45 and was seen right away. Every member of the staff was very friendly and professional, every procedure was safe and sanitary, mask mandate was in place and adhered to, and the lab technician that collected my blood was very kind and skillful. A huge thank you and deep appreciation to all of the staff at this office!

I'd say to allow three times as long as the app says for your wait time because staff at this location take 3X as long per patient as allotted... but maybe just don't use this location at all? Staff today refused to honour my Save My Spot check-in. I checked in at 11:41 AM with estimated wait time of 34 minutes, arrived a little after 12:00, and waited until after 1 PM only to watch walk-ins who were after me in the queue get served while I was told to keep waiting. I know to expect fluctuations in wait time, but waiting over an hour to see my wait time then go from 4 minutes to 0 minutes to 42 minutes and seeing people who were behind me taken in ahead of me is beyond belief. After wasting an hour and a half here, it was still faster to leave and start all over at a different location than to stay. Yikes! Not to mention that they have a total of 5 or 6 chairs, and too bad for you if you're not capable of standing for however many hours you have to wait.

Impeccable service. Crazy fast compared to the downtown Hornby St location. Now I do realize that your experience can vary depending on the day you go and time of day... but this mid-afternoon on a Tuesday appointment left me beaming.

Staff are nice but the “save my spot” check in is a bad joke. Waited for over an hour after my time and still haven’t had my bloodwork done. I mean, whats the point of checking in if the wait time is not even close?

Super sweet staff, especially the person at the front desk and the person who assisted me. Great new online system for waiting. Love that they accept emailed requisitions.

The receptionist wasn’t the warmest person, but the nurse that took my blood was really nice and friendly. The waiting was a bit random, the screen would say one thing but the reality was different.

Terrible. Two of us were locked out of the clinic, despite having our wait times tell us to show up when we did. Others coming out were given spots ahead of us for just walking in. Don't bother with the useless app - huge waste of time. It was clearly designed to be based on nothing rational whatsoever regarding wait times or policy. Useless. Thanks for ruining my Saturday.
