Behaviour is not good at all. Owner should replace the shop assistants. They behave very bad with customers of customer ask any question!nEven I found that one short, slim, old shop assistant told a customer, “Get out from the shop”.
Avoid Banglabazar Kingston & Midland - Unprofessional Staff and Lack of Training!nnMy experience at Banglabazar on Kingston and Midland today May 15, 2024 at 6:00 pm was appalling. The cashier displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. When I simply asked about a lower price on Nido powder milk, they responded by yelling at me! This is completely unacceptable.nnThis incident suggests a serious problem with employee training at this location. There's no excuse for such unprofessional behavior. A polite explanation would have been sufficient.nnUntil Banglabazar addresses this lack of training and ensures their staff can handle customer inquiries professionally, I urge everyone to avoid this location. There are other stores that value their customers and treat them with respect.
Be careful buying rice from this store. Last week I bought 40 LB rice bag, after cooking bad chemicals smell was coming out. I was scared to feed my kids, called store and they advised me washing rice deeply to remove chemicals!!! They denied to take return. Now I have no other option but to throw out 40 LB rice bag.
I came from Detroit for get some veg I ask for lemon the guy was a mood like very poor very unprofessional,, Gaua as well
Nice and clean store. It’s better than any other Bangladeshi store. Specially Danforth area stores are worst of all, they sell rotten vegetables also old dry meats. Everybody knows but they deny. I shop in Banglabazar peacefully. Their meats are always fresh. Less vegetables but always fresh. I don’t mind spending few cents extra while they have convenient parking and wide walking spaces. Kids even runs and plays around. Some customers are rude. Some people want instant service and don’t want to care about queue. They are unhappy when they don’t have enough time but still blame shopkeepers. Specially some illiterate people who came somehow in this country. I am not sorry to say that because Bangladeshi customers are hypocrites and sometimes our behaviour makes the employees or shopkeepers rude. We alway think customer is always right. But we don’t even understand what are customers rights.
