This is an absolutely exquisite cocktail bar. The space is breathtaking; the menu is wildly creative; the drinks are made with deep care and attention to detail. It’s a place to go, and go, and go again — and feel transported every time. We travel to cities for their cocktail bars and this was amongst the best we’ve been to. Strongly recommend.

Simply fantastic. A bar with high standards not just for themselves but for their patrons as well. Dress well, speak kindly, and read the rules before you go. The door has a password, no resos, max 6 per party. Best Old Fashioned in town. Go for happy hour, $8 cocktails and 50% off all food. The chicken 65 rearranged my insides.Food: 5/5

The best kept secret of Vancouver. Amazing, unique drinks with a changing menu. Really unique ingredients and concepts, and the staff pay attention to what you want. The Indian food was the best food I had in 3 weeks in Canada. Absolutely delightful little dishes. So tasty and full of flavour. The naan was soft and warm and everything was perfectly cooked. I even ordered seconds. Would go back for the food alone.

I do not understand the low ratings. I found the service amazing and drinks quite amazing. The interior is beautiful and the concept cool.Food: 4/5

A hidden gem in Vancouver's Chinatown. A fun exotic experience with gorgeous decor and amazing cocktails! We didn't eat there but I've heard from friends the Indian appetizers are delish!Food: 5/5

Not sure what some of these negative reviews are on about. Been here twice now and I absolutely loved the spot and was impressed from start to finish - both times. The first time I was blown away by how well-hidden the space is, and how they had perfected the interior, right to the monkeys in the washroom! The place gives a chic, upscale, and well-curated vibe. I went on a Tuesday the first time, and on Tuesdays they have a special martini menu, which includes the first-known written recipe for a martini. We were two people so we were seated at the bar, which we didn't mind. The cocktails were fantastic and the service was top-notch. The second time was on a Friday with three people, and there was a short wait time. 10 minutes after we added our names to the waitlist, we received a message that we've been accepted, but we couldn't confirm the reservation due to some technical issue so we hurried right back to the place. This time we were given a couch, and were served some delicious cocktails! The music was also on point! We ordered some vegetarian pakoras one of my friends was a vegetarian as an appetizer. To me, although the pakoras were super tasty and spicy!, they felt a bit dry and not crispy enough, hence the 4 stars for the food. All the servers were very attentive and we had a great experience. I'm planning to go again this week just to check for consistency. So far I'm super impressed and would totally recommend.

One of the coolest cocktail experiences I been to. I recommend the I appologize, I forget the name but it has a cayenne pepper infusion.Food: 5/5

The Playmate cocktail, with mezcal, maraschino, chocolate, bitters, agave and lime, was my favourite. Special mention to the intricate interior decoration. No queue when I went on a Wednesday at 7pmService: 5/5

The vibe was chill. Ambience was amazing. It was our first time there. Service was great and sweet. The food on the other hand was the downside in both quality and quantity category. Ordered Gobhi and Veggie Pakora that came with Mango and Beet Chutney. Also got Masala Butternut with Rice. Not worth the price as per quantity! Only recomended for to drink and chill.

I had a really good experience at this place. The atmosphere is very well curated, from the entrance to bathrooms to menus. Really liked the first drink I had but the second one tasted very similar to the first. I got a vegetarian appetizer which was pretty good but I think my GF friend wasnt able to eat there. We arrived around 7 pm on a Friday and didnt have to wait for a table. I do think they take the dress code seriously but that definitely wasn't an issue for us!
