Came here for happy hour to celebrate our anniversary. What a gorgeous space! We had some lovely wine and some beef sliders and truffle fries. Everything was delicious! Our server noted that it was our anniversary and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary desert and Prosecco. Our server was attentive and we had a lovely afternoon. Will be back for sure

The newly opened rooftop bar at The Parker offers a beautifully renovated space with a vibrant Tiki-like atmosphere. While the food menu is limited in selection, each dish bursts with bold flavors, leaving a lasting impression. The standout feature, however, is the innovative signature cocktails that are a must-try for any visitor. Overall, a delightful rooftop experience for those seeking both unique drinks and a trendy ambiance.

I was so excited to visit this new rooftop bar. What's not to love, a great view and cocktails. However I was disappointed by my experience. As we went upstairs, we were greeted nicely and was sat in the small patio on the other side of the bar. I didn't realize we were sat in the smaller side until some ladies that sat on the other bigger side came to check out the smaller side and told us about it. At this point, we were already sat and didn't mind cause the sun was shining on this smaller side and we wanted to be warmer. But we did say we will check out the bigger side after we were done. I love cocktails and saw photos of cocktails from instagram of these gorgeous cocktails that were instagram worthy. For $22, I ordered the passion bandit which was supposed to have a smoky citrus flavour. The cocktail I received was pretty unimaginative as it was filled with ice and the garnish was a sad little pineapple. For this price, I just expected a lot more. For food we ordered the duck spring rolls, parker sliders, and dumplings. The food was okay, and our favourite was the duck spring rolls. Other than that, it really wasn't that memorable. Our server was okay! He really wasn't that talkative but that's okay, it's not his job to gab to the customers too much. After we were done, as we walked over to the bigger side, the wait staff almost seemed appalled that we walked over there to see the bigger patio and the better view. It really wasn't a welcoming feeling and that's disappointing as we just paid hefty amount for a mediocre cocktail and food. The bigger side definitely has better view and they actually have heaters too. I love the view but a place like this you need to hit all fronts with service, food, and cocktails to make this place amazing. I really hope this place can improve in the future with food and drinks, and treat all the customers who have paid to be there with warm welcoming attitude.

Really enjoyed spending a quick hour at the new Parker Rooftop before heading out for Saturday night festivities. Our group’s server was very nice and attentive and made great suggestions for drinks. Fun to be on a rooftop location and the decor was classy and trendy in a good way. Hope to check out the outdoor patio portion another time this summer :

This is my second visit to the Parker Rooftop and I am so happy to be in the know about this hidden gem. Enjoying a beautiful cocktail in such an impeccably designed oasis, along with the city view is a next level experience in my opinion. We shared the shroom sliders and truffle fries which were both so delicious. I would recommend that everyone give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.

Had a great experience here this past weekend. Gorgeous location with a chic and sexy décor. Blake and his team were fabulous, from the attentive maître'd to the servers, they all looked after us and made sure we had a fantastic time. We got some great food and drinks recommendations, mushroom sliders are amazing!, hats off to the chef. Already looking forward to our next visit and try the updated dinner menu and outdoor winter patio setup. Thanks Claire & team for an amazing night. Cheers!

Views were amazing but somehow the waitstaff weren’t welcoming. For such a high end restaurant, you’d expect a little more especially since we were celebrating my friend’s birthday. We didn’t eat, we just left after such interaction.Service: 1/5

Parker Rooftop as advertised as a premier dining experience in Vancouver was nothing but the exact opposite of said description. The food was mediocre , the atmosphere was below par to be charging such a high rate on the menu because we all know atmosphere and location plays a part in pricing the experience and lastly…. The music. I don’t know who is the person selecting the playlist but it was abhorrent, I almost put my air pods in and played my own music to satisfy my below average experience. Think twice before going here and if you do might better serve yourself as they won’t.
