Bad-Ass Breakfast Burritos

So I guess I had a bad a** burrito literally because I started feeling weird after eating the Chachi Burrito for breakfast. And as the day progressed it got worst.. I had a 6pm event that I couldn’t make because I was feeling that sick. Come to find out I had food poisoning. Vomiting was what ultimately made me feel better.

So I called the number attached to this business to place an order because everytime I would use a food delivery app, whoever prepared the food just totally ignored my request to scramble the egg, I paid for extra bacon and cheese and I got the standard burrito with none of my requests on multiple occasions. So this time I called so they could get it right. And omg when I tell you I am more confused than before I called. The guys tells me they don’t do over the phone orders. He directs me to order on an app. I told him the issue I had ordering on the app. He then proceeds to confirm that they do not fulfill modifications as their systems to do not allow it. So I said so why didn’t you take the upcharge options for extra bacon cheese etc off, he says oh that’s why we keep the prices low. What?? You mislead ppl into believing they are paying for additional items that you are aware that they will not receive. So you knowingly steal from customers. Crazy

Ordered the Pastrami via Uber Eats yesterday and got food poisoning. I'm still not recovered. This place needs to look into this.
