Ba Mien Quan

This is our second time to this restaurant and we love it . The food is great, quick and delicious. The service is professional and polite. When you get into the restaurant, you probably will feel like you are transferred to a fine dine Vietnamese restaurant. Our favorite food are Nam Vang Noodle Soup - Hu Tieu Nam Vang #40, and Soda Chanh Duong drink. Highly recommended for family with kids or group of friends.

Visited Ba Mien Quan for the first time on Sun afternoon. I saw their food on Instagram and those pictures looked so good! This place looks like a little resort restaurant inside, there are a lot of seats, there was a stage too, such a unique spot in Calgary. We tried their pho, satay pho, rice cake dish, spring rolls, and conch dish. Pho soup was light and flavorful, satay was a bit too light for our liking. My favorite was the rice cake dish, it was rice flour pancake like you’d find at dim sum place, stir fried with egg. The rice cake was crispy outside, the dipping sauce was also flavorful. The conch dish was our least favorite. I am not sure what the sauce was, I think it might have been salted egg yolk sauce but I personally did not enjoy it at all. It was $35 so it was disappointing. They have variety of items on their menu, I’d love to come back and try more food!

Nice and cozy place for eating out. This place served the type of foods where you might need to go back to the original country region to enjoy, and they have them here. Because of that, the price is a bit sensitive, but if know the food, love the food and want the specific type of food, then you need to go here. Beside the foods, they also have the entertainment system setup at your exposure. Very good for all kind of function. Ready for Oneman band, DJ and Karaoke any day of the week, but on the weekend, you might need to reserve your function ahead of time.

I can’t wait to finish the food actually… the food here is just so great! I haven’t tasted so professional and traditional Vietnam food for so many years!!!!! Here is a very lovely place. Just come and try! I strongly recommend No. 16 and 26! Don’t get yourself too full, lolFood: 5/5

Beautiful restaurant, the owners really took their time to add unique decor to the place that makes you feel like you’ve transported somewhere else. I felt very relaxed coming here in the evening with a friend and just wanted to stay there. Loved the Vietnamese music. The food was really good and their menu offers many unique dishes. The owner was so sweet!!!! The rest of the staff were really nice too. I definitely recommend coming here for your bowl of pho.

I would highly recommend trying this place out. They open just before covid and was not able to operate normally. I had the pleasure of trying it out today and it did not disappoint. The dish options are great and not like typical Vietnamese restaurant offerings. This place has some unique dishes on the menu I have not seen on other menus. The dish I had was amazing in flavor and I will definitely be back to try more. Service was great too and the servers are friendly. Came back and ordered takeout. The food was amazing again and the service was outstanding. I told the waiter I was going wait out front into he car and he brought it right to my car window.

The food is oke and the price is a little high. I tried a lot of special and best seller dishes and the eggs is the best. Should tryFood: 4/5

Woo .it's amazing...make me feels like in Vietnam, the special pho is good, especially the texture of flank is excellent, and I ordered a ...I think it's green curry sea snail, super delicious, but you better get a tooth pick, cause of the snail need to be SUCKED out from the shell....but it's really really tasty every time you can taste the source while you are sucking the snail out, moreover, the Vietnam ice coffee has to tried, it's the best one in town I've found ..

Randomly chose a dish for my first time eating here and it was perfect, the dessert was a treat for us. So I decide to come back again and again just to try all the dishes on their menu. This taste is authentic and delicious. One of the best Vietnamese restaurant in Calgary.

A great and authentic Vietnamese cuisine! The moment you walked in, you immediately felt this is an really authentic Vietnamese restaurant as the decoration, the pictures, the flowers, the bamboo, the lights, the tables, and the chairs tell you how original they are! Spacious, clean, and comfortable! There is a small stage with a stereo system softly playing some popular music which makes you feel even more relaxing! The dishes, the soup, the dipping sauce, and all the ingredients are fresh and delicious! The only wish that I had was that there could be more beans in the dessert instead of ice cubes! The service was prompt and great! Really enjoyed! Highly recommended!
