Tims Hortons at 3566 St Clair Ave E in Scarborough is a cozy and convenient spot for coffee and breakfast. The evening and night staff here are truly wonderful — they’re friendly, efficient, and always make customers feel welcome, even during busy hours. Their service shows genuine teamwork and care. However, during the morning rush, the experience can sometimes vary. While some team members work very hard and manage orders smoothly, a few others seem less engaged, which can slow things down when there’s a long line. With a little more coordination and consistency, this location could easily become one of the best in the area. Still, it’s a reliable place to grab your favorite Tims coffee or snack at almost any hour.

I usually start my day with a coffee to keep my mind fresh in the morning. My friend enjoys the Oreo Iced Capp, and we often visit the Tim Hortons at Birchmount and Danforth since it’s close to our workplace.nnHowever, I’ve noticed that the taste of the drinks isn’t always consistent. I’ve tried the same order 2-3 times at this location, and the flavor just doesn’t match other Tim Hortons I’ve been to—like the one at St. Clair, where it always tastes great.nnI’m not sure why the recipe or preparation seems different depending on the store, but I hope the company looks into keeping the quality and flavor consistent across all locations.nnSometimes in the morning, the service is a little slow, and I’ve had to leave 2–4 times without getting my coffee because of the wait.nnI understand mornings are busy, but maybe adding one more person during rush hour could help speed things up. It would really help us work people who are on a tight schedule.nnAlso, I want to say the two ladies who make the coffee there do a great job—the taste is always goodnnBecause good coffee means good days. nThank you

staff is so friendly especially samadhi. i visit there daily to have a cup of coffee for me and tea for my friend. always feels good to be there before my work.nthey makes our day and our work time perfectly superb.

The worst Tim ever , after waiting for my turn to order she finally get my order half of it and she said you know what I have to go to the washroom, and she start doing some orders, then she left . I stoped there coz it quick stop before I head to work , but of course I’m not going to wait 12mins + to get a coffee!!!!. Bring Tim back were used to be great service in every location.

How many bad reviews do we have to give for the managers to notice whats going on? Please do something about the staff.nThey’re rude and mannerless. When we pay, we pay for the service too. They always mess up the order. My husband and I stopped going to this tim and we have to drive another 5-7 minutes to get tims.nManager, if you’re seeing this, please do something about your staff. Extremely unprofessional and oh let’s not even talk about the hygiene.
