Read a lot of bad customer service experience in this bakery. However, I went there twice and the experience was really good. The lady was extremely helpful and kind. Loved the food as well. Did not enjoy the cream puffs that much honestly, wouldn't recommend the cookies that have lot of decoration nuts on top as well. I bought them as they were looking so pretty. However, they are extremely delicate and all the nuts fell off. Loved the taste though. Most things are around $10/per pound and you get a decent amount. if you love jam as filling then should enjoy their cookies and cakes.

Baked on premise and always fresh baking goods. The pastry is delicious and the store is clean. The quality of the goods are excellent and the price is quite reasonable. They offer a variety of baking and pastry goods from different regions of the middle east and south asia, including Afghan, Iran, India and Pakistani sweets. They also offer birthday cakes! Great and pleasant service by Bilal! Staff was also very cooperative. The best variety of Afghan desserts in North America! I purchased a big tray of many desserts for an affordable price. This bakery is not an standard food production factory. They are selling outdated staff. We bought some so-called creamy cookies, smelled badly and tasted like outdated old ingredients in it which made me feel sick last night. In addition, they dont have a good customer service. There is a girl cashier, she is unprofessional and rude.

worst customer service. the girl was so rude. she was arranging the trays i just asked her what’s the dish and she starting yelling on me. product is good but you need to teach your staff how to behave with the customer

This place had amazing cookies and the cream rolls were very good but the customer service was so horrible. These people need to learn manners and be kind, especially Nariman since she was giving me attitude for no reason. Overall I would not go back here again, their shop had a sign that said they're hiring so I hope they hire someone with basic manners.

Freshly Baked and made different varieties of sweets and biscuits. Specially I like the Turkish Baklava and Indian Gulab jamun, also pastries are also of great quality.

As mentioned from previous reviewers, the front staff associates are lacking in customer service skills, Besides this one con. Everything else is delicious and fresh. Their baked goods are as authentic as you can find in Toronto metro imo.

The girls who work at the counter or as Cashier are rude and not friendly at all. The baked goods are really really good. The Baker is great but unfortunately the staff lack on the customer service part. Otherwise I would have given 5 star.

The best bakery ive been to , BUT the worst customer service. The ladies at the front act as if there giving the sweets for free no manners at all. They should consider retraining them. The only reason i alwasy go back is for the baked goods.
