Went this morning to unlock my old phone. Unfortunately, Veronica was not there that day. The sales people were too busy to notice me watching the TV screen in the store to take much notice. Eventually, one did. I stated my request and he gave me a number to call and said that the store did not unlock phones in the store. That is a bunch of BS as Veronica had just explained the entire procedure and had offer to help on the spot, the last time I visited. Veronica was the ONLY helpful consultant in the store. When I came back home and called the number provided, it was 16 different phone offers and nothing to do with customer service. The staff could not even provide me with the right customer service number! Completely incompetent! If you have to use the Ridgeway AT&T store, ONLY speak to Veronica. The others are useless...

Great customer environment everyone is friendly always have there I can help you attitude on like one big happy family. But that rep Veronica is something amazing very delightful.

Recently went here to upgrade my phone, The salesman signed me up for protections plans and cloud storage WITHOUT my permission. He didn't even ask me about them. I found out a few days later when I got an email saying I was signed up and how to take advantage. Store Number bounces you to AT&T customer support hotline so I have to physically go to the store just to cancel my protection plan that I didn't want in the first place.

If I could give this store a zero rating I would. I went into the store to upgrade my wife's phone, and the representative was just shady. He was unclear in his answers to my questions, and was generally unhelpful and seemed confused. When I finally got to the point where I was ready to move forward and do the upgrade, he started skipping by the contact language that I was supposed to be reading before signing and wanted me to sign things without reading. At this point, I finally had enough and said that I was walking and not moving forward with the upgrade. Unfortunately, that's not the end of the story. It turned out that this guy had made changes in my account without my permission, including adding insurance coverage that was never even discussed, before I had finalized the upgrade. Because of this, my wife lost all of the visual voice mail that she had stored on the device, I spent hours on the phone with AT&T customer support, and it took 3 days to revert my account back to the point where it was before I walked into the store. To their credit, AT&T customer support was helpful and gave me a free month of service (value $139) due to the incident, but what the representative did in the Ridgeway store in Stamford is inexcusable, and I will never step foot in that location again.
