I went in for a lesson and got exactly what I wanted in the shortest period of time possible. I was struggling for years not knowing how to operate a camera that they didn't even sell me and within 1/2 an hour I learned everything I needed to now And Not once were they trying to sell me anything. Extremely knowledgeable salesman you won't find that on the Internet. I'm even thinking about buying an expensive lens from them that normally I would probably go on the Internet and actually i determined that their prices is just as good so I'd be crazy not to buy from them given the support I'll get.

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Please be aware they recently moved to the new location on Summer Street (which is not where my GPS took me to at first) but I circled back and found the unusual location in the Crowne Plaza Hotel - one of the shops right off the lobby. Plenty of Free parking (make sure to get your ticket validated). The store is not large but it has a nice display, and is bright and airy. I happened to be helped by a nice guy, Dan. I explained to him what my needs were, low indoor lighting shots and a good video capability. He went through my options quite thoroughly. He then showed me the camera and the recommended lens and put together a price for me. I will have to take some time to make a decision but when I do, I will purchase from these folk. I was impressed by the customer service and I would much rather spend my money at a bricks and mortar then online. Good experience over all.

These guys saved my day! Needed a plate for my tripod while shooting a wedding and they had it :)

interesting selection. Staff helpful for knowledgeable shopper. probably not a great place for beginners.

Do not by from this business. I purchased a camera from them and decided to return it within the 1st week unused. I paid $17 shipping and insurance to send it back. They charged me an $80 restocking fee even though this was not stated on Amazons Website. And shame on Amazon for not accepting responsibility even though this was in no way documented on their return policy.
