We’ started buying our appliances at County TV and Appliance after having bad experiences with a competitor in Norwalk. We recently purchased an induction range which was delivered and installed as promised by two young men who were pleasant and helpful. When we went to use the oven that same day, we realized it was missing a telescopic rack. We called and asked for our salesperson who was with another customer at the time. He called us back in less than an hour and the issue was resolved. We received a new rack the next day directly from the manufacturer. Thank you, Sean Rosen. It’s always a pleasure working with you. Love the new range. Oh, and unlike some other appliance stores County always calls to make sure everything is OK.

update: The owners called me personally and took care of my grievance . I have updated my review to 5 stars itself . I will continue shopping at county itself for all future purchases I bought a microwave and 4 year service contract . my microwave is not working , I call them and they say they will give me an appointment in one week. why even bother taking a service contract with these guys ? This is how they get you I guess The worst part is I gave them this business despite them being costlier than Amazon in fact I am wondering why even give locals my business . I just thought I will give the local mom and pop store my business. No wonder local mom and pop stores going out of business . If the owner doesn't respond to this I will make sure never will me or anyone I know buy anything from here . I even asked the customer service manager why would I take stuff from them ever again.And he was like the schedule only shows we can do it next week. And I live less than a mile from county. update : I have changed the stars to 5 from 1 since this post the owner called me and resolved the issue . Now this is awesome service and I am very happy about this. I will continue purchases from county itself

Excellent experience from the moment we entered the store and met Melisa through discussing options and reviewing install concerns. The install was smooth and the install team were professionals. Customer service is #1 at CountyTV!

Outstanding. I was completing online Home Depot order for a LG refrigerator but it would take two weeks to deliver. I went online here at County and found the same frig for $300.00 less including delivery fee and delivered just two days later! 👍👍👍👍👍
