Cellairis

Cellairis is now a favorite spot of mine in the mall as of now. I had broken my phone some time ago, when I wasn’t sure on what route to take whether repairing or replacing. I first was introduced to Cellairis when one of their employees, Kevin, told me about the store and that’s when I decided to check it out. Since then, I have introduced my family to stop by if ever in need of repair services. The professionalism of their employees is really high, and they genuinely try to help you. Kevin was jovial with my family and I as customers and informative on how the process works. Now, by word of mouth I promote the store just based off the experience with him alone. Good job to the Cellairis team. I am a happy customer.

My iPhone 6 battery expanded and cracked my screen. Went to Apple and of course they refused to help. Walked over to Cellairis maybe 15 minutes before their closing time. I received prompt service and a great price all things considered. They replaced my battery, screen and camera. The best part is the peace of mind, as if any of the repair fail in the future they will stand by their product, more than I can say for Apple.

Fabulous experience- quick and easy to get my phone battery replaced. Apple Store quoted almost twice as much and wouldn't be able to guarantee they could complete the service without further cracking on the screen of my iPhone 6. The guys at cellairis were able to get it done in u see half an hour with excellent service. Will be back if I need anything fixed on my phone in the future!!

Five star service and support. Angelo and Awais are very professional in their work and explaining options on service. Of all the mobile support companies I've tried, cellar is in Stamford Mall is by far the best. I recommend trying them before anyone else.

I came to this business looking to buy a dog. After talking with Angelo, I think his name was Angelo - it could also be Kevin... I'm not positive. Anyway, after talking with Angelo/Kevin for a minute he informed me that they do not, in fact, sell dogs. I was pretty upset about this, until Angelo/Kevin told me he could fix my broken phone. I returned a few hours later with my AT&T CL2909 One-Line Corded Speakerphone enabled home telephone, and only THEN did he inform me that they specifically work with cellular devices. I was pretty upset about this, and figured he could have cleared that up BEFORE I drove all the way home to get my telephone from my house, but whatever. Angelo was very nice, the business seems pretty nice, its important to note they don't work with corded telephones, and they definitely DO NOT sell dogs. 5/5
