Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone

I went in on Sunday for an upgrade and had a great Verizon experience. Generally during upgrades I need to be on guard as I've been sold tablets, phones, and services that I either don't need or are not the best available and I am then stuck with the items for 2 years. On Sunday, Mike explained all my choices and made unbiased suggestions for phones. Not only did he help get me the best deal available for the best phone, he also helped me transfer my information, choose a proper case, and applied my screen protector. He clearly explained all the charges both for that day and my upcoming bill to avoid any surprises. I even had to go back the next day to exchange my case and screen protector (the exchanges were just based on personal preference), and Mike did this without any hesitation to make sure I was happy with my purchases. The whole process was easy and for once I didn't feel like I was sold unnecessary items - I felt like I left with a great phone at a great deal! Thanks Mike!

My husband came in because he knew nothing about wireless and its options. You know kids always needing their tablets. Paul was such a great held and very knowledgeable. Its great to go in a store and the workers know the information, that has not always been my experience in other stores. Glad to say this gentlemen was a great help. Verizon on 290 Hope St., Stamford, CT 06906. Quick and easy. Helpful. The employee named Hope was kind explain things thoroughly and gave me her full attention even though there was a customer waiting behind. She told them should be with them in just a moment . And then waited till I was thoroughly satisfied before I left. Surprisingly great experience. Hope it's a wonderful employee. I don't know her last name I'm sorry

I am delighted with the service at this store. Paul has been very helpful on several occasions and Michael was a champ when I bought my new phone. He was very thorough with explanations, placed the order for me and set up the phone on the delivery day. He even synced it with my car’s Bluetooth. He couldn’t have been more helpful or professional.

I can't speak highly enough about the staff at this Hope Street shop. I have been to other Verizon stores and these folks far out weigh them in every aspect. They are courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. They have helped me from stupid little questions to opening new family plan accounts. I was there tonight at 7.40pm and they had no problem staying open until 8.30pm helping me and my nephew getting a new phone never once made us feel rushed. If you need help save yourself time and go there first. They are amazing
