Sprint Store

Worst Customer service EVER!!! Do not Go there!!!! They just want to push people To buy stuff and they will give you wrong just so you feel Like They Helping you! And in Top of that They got some real rude people working there! I REPEAT!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY MAKING SPRINT LOOK TERRIBLE!!!

Had an amazing experience today at this Sprint store. The team was so very helpful & Intelligent. My iPhone stopped working - They were able to restore my iPhone data and transfer all info to a new phone - a job the Apple Store after 4 hours of working with my phone was not able to do. Everyone is great!!! Highly recvomend and so appreciative

Great customer experience, I switch two lines from Verizon very satisfied with the coverage and paying less on my bill. Also got a free iPhone 7 with my turn in from Verizon. 5 star for this store keep it up guys.

this sprint store is the absolute worse ever !!!! there customer service skills are not the best . i am 6 months pregnant and they have been so mean to me . i feel scandalized by the manager . i went there expecting to get get 2 phones and going home with them that day which they charged me for the phones swiped my card to then tell me after the fact because i had a NY state ID that it was impossible for me to leave the store with the phones that day that i had to wait for a shipment to be delivered in store . after that i felt scandalized because they didn't inform me of the situation before hand before they took my money so i canceled the shipment expecting a refund now it has been 2 weeks and i have not received my money back and only getting the run around with very little help . this store is unprofessional rude and beyond terrible services . now i may have to go to small claims court just to receive a refund of my money . at the end of the day they don't care about you they only care about the sale they are trying to receive for there store . i suggest you to take your service / money somewhere else somewhere that CARES

Great Customer Service! You feel really at ease asking questions and I feel that the people working there are really knowledgeable and they're willing to help you the best way they can! Rubearch helped me when I came in!!!
