I bought dash soup powder from this supermarket and found worms in it. Since I bought it last week and I don't have a receipt they refused to refund me. The supermarket staff were unfriendly. They refused to give me a refund and opened two unopened packets of soup powder without my consent to prove there were no bugs. But I want to say that just because you opened these two packages and found no worms, it doesn’t mean that the package I opened earlier is fine... This kind of supermarket has no customer service training at all. Handling guest issues was terrible.
If you’re looking for a great local Asian market, I highly recommend the one!. They have an amazing mix of products from all over Asia, always fresh fruits and vegetables, and fantastic prices—many items are even cheaper than T&T! They also sell more than just food, including household items like pans, mini dishes, cleaning and kitchen supplies, and bathroom essentials. On top of that, they have ready-to-go hot and cold food, plus a bakery with great options. The store is always very clean, organized, and professional. Definitely my go-to in the neighborhood!
I am so happy I found this store! It has very fresh produce at reasonable prices and all things Korean! There’s frozen seafood and meats, a wide variety of spices and noodles. I even saw Korean face masks which I will get next time for $1 each. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I could see people of all cultures shopping here once in awhile when I’ve gone. What I really like is how clean the place is. Although there are often long line ups at the cashier, they move along pretty quickly. They also make Kimbap Korean sushi fresh each day for $5 a roll. You can’t beat that! Fresh and delicious! They make some other fresh made food as well. Overall I will be frequenting this market more regularly. I’ve found some items here that are waaaay more inexpensive than chain stores. Products may not be entirely comparable but still worth it. As an added bonus, there’s tons of free parking in the parking lot and street parking too.
Came here for sesame seeds in smaller quantities. Also had their Korean sushi kimbap for lunch. Lots of variety and some veggies like cabbage cut in half for small household. Come often for ambrosia apple, cheap and sweet. Also tried wiener bun pastry which was quite delicious
