Aroma Bakery

I love this bakery store. I come here for sponge cake, Swiss rolls and egg tarts. They specialized in bakery for traditional Chinese wedding and have many different types to choose from I’m not a big fan of those but my dad says it’s one of the best in town. The store is located inside the plaza and no direct access from the parking lot. It’s recently renovated and expanded so it’s quite spacious to browse their different products. They have another tiny branch in Markham Kennedy and Hwy 7 but you can enjoy fresh bakery goods right here in this main branch!

A traditional Chinese bakery selling bread, pastries, egg tart and mooncake. I got 2 egg tart, $1.8 plus tax each. Wait time is long if you need to wait for a new batch of egg tart to be ready. I waited almost 20 mins. The egg tart taste good. Will revisit if no need to wait. P.S. cannot enter from the outside. Must enter via mall entrance

The sweetheart cake is excellent. The staff pack the Sweetheart cake nicely with a cardboard in each layer. However, not much selection for other type of pastry.

It's a small bakery in an obscure mall but it's absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend coming and trying it out. It seems their specialty are with different paste filling pastries like black sesame paste, green tea paste. We got the green tea paste pastry, black sesame, and mocha with black sesame filling. All amazing! And the egg tarts were very fresh and soft. I'm glad I checked this place out

One of the original tasting preserved duck egg pastry that contains ginger. Can’t get the same anywhere else.

I bought one of their signature cake: same day fresh make Mango cake for my husband's birthday, it was super nice tasking and light flavor. Will definitely recommend Aroma bakery to other friends...

Excellent Chinese bakery. Try their egg tarts try them when they’re fresh out of the oven, omg, Chinese BBQ pork pastries, and mochiesp. black sugar mochi with black sesame filling... Their bakery items are made with high quality ingredients and you can definitely tell the difference.

Love the wife cake here, I would think it is the best in GTA. The taste is so good and close to the ones I had in Hong Kong when I was young. Also get the bakery from other locations as well in Markham and Scarborough. But whenever i come closeby, for sure would get the wife cake here.
