I wanted to purchase in Toronto the best Macarons for my daughter and "Daan Go Cake Lab" was the very right place to go to. Don't look further, they are making the best looking and the most delicious Macarons ever. Moreover, the service was excellent as well. Thank you guys!.

First time here! All their pastry and macaron are so cute with animal designs on them. Great for gifting, especially for a tea party. You got to eat here! Have a look at my pictures and press the like button!

A great place for reasonably priced macarons that are very giftable with very cute animal designs. Out of 6 flavours the only one we didn't particularly care for was the Roasted Milk Tea but the other 5 were excellent. In order of preference, it would be: 5. Pandan Coconut 4. Pistachio 3. Strawberry 2. Salted Caramel 1. Passion Fruit - a clear winner We will definitely be back to try the rest of the flavours as well as their beautifully decorated cakes and pastries. Most of the cakes have designs that are as equally cute as the macarons and fun for adults, but I'm sure they would also be a hit for children's birthdays.

My husband bought me a special birthday cake here with 8 different flavours and they all taste good and balanced especially they are not too sweet. The staff helped us to design this special birthday cake with 8 different flavours so 5 stars for the customer service

This is a difficult one to review. Starting off with the cakes. They've got a very creative selection and I like how they're not afraid to try exotic Southeast Asian flavors like durian and pandan. The Terra matcha with chocolate sponge I got was shaped like a cactus pot with an edible chocolate shell. It was the perfect dessert - cute, not too dense and the ratio of matcha and chocolate was well balanced. This is where the good ends. I also ordered the cheese fromage on ritual and when it went out of stock, instead of informing me, they went ahead to substitute it with the tira-meow-su without my consent. When I expressed my frustration, the employee offered to cancel it but I was supposed to get 2 cakes to share with a friend so I didn't have a choice.... And I was convinced by the employee that "I would love it". Of course, the person I got it for said it was too dense and didn't like it at all. This is not to mention that the said employee was busy on his phone and ignored me for a couple of minutes while I was there. All in all, I'm giving 3 stars for the Terra cake. Without it, I would have given it a 1 for the awful customer service and tiramisu.

Been to other locations but this is one of my favourites since they have a larger dining area. Daan Go is the perfect place for cute baked goods you can’t find anywhere else. While they’re mainly known for their character macarons, I love their individual cake slices and small desserts. My favourites are the mango slice and the “cheese”cake that looks like a cheese slice. Super innovative stuff and I love getting something different every time I go!

Had the worst wedding cake tasting experience ever at this place. While their wedding cake taster pack does include a great selection of flavours, their service is extremely horrible. To start with, there is no label of each flavor on the slices. Although the colour and taste can indicate a little about them, there are flavours that were so similar to each other from both the looks and the taste that we had no idea how to distinguish one from another. We asked if someone could help us identify the flavours and were told that the staff didn’t know the details either. So, we sat there and tasted the cakes not knowing which one is which, and no one helped us during the whole tasting time. Wedding cakes are very important to couples, so I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking forward to tasting wedding cakes.

I treated myself to the Luckee Signature Cake for my birthday to share with friends and also picked up a six pack of macarons and a Mr. Carrotail and Tira-Meow-Su. I was visiting Toronto from the States so I wanted to try a bunch of things on this trip. The cake was SO GOOD. The outer shell was chocolate and beautifully crafted. The detail is just amazing. The cake inside is vanilla with yuzu and blueberry and the yuzu flavor was so well balanced. We absolutely loved it! The smaller pastries are adorable. The carrot cake in Mr. Carrotail was delicious and I'm not even usually a carrot cake fan. The Tira-Meow-Su was definitely good, but the best part of it is the cute design. The cake itself was good but a standard tiramisu. The outer cup is edible too, made of chocolate. I absolutely loved everything I got and highly recommend this place! They have less expensive items too, like cookies and individual macarons, if you just want to try a small treat, or even bigger Signature and Celebration cakes. The quality is excellent and well worth the money. Last thing -- I recommend ordering online ahead of your event. I'm glad I did, as the Luckee cake is now sold out and even though they have the smaller items in a display, if you want a certain item order ahead to guarantee it'll be available.

My friend got me these two cakes for my birthday! They looked so cute that I did not even want to eat them. But I’m sure glad that I did. The flavours were impeccable. Cheesecake - Strong tart passionfruit flavour that paired very well with the richness of the cheese and chocolate. Terra - The chocolate pot was so much fun to eat! And the layering of cake and matcha mouse was Would recommend to others

Cuteness overload! the macarons are so cute you don't wanna eat them at first, but once you do you don't care about how cute they are anymore because they taste so amazing you won't be able to stop eating them! the cakes are super delicious and beautiful and the flavours are so special!
