Arby's

Food is always great. But can’t say the same for customer service. Was served by a lady and she was very rude. I love horsey sauce and when you pay $16 for one persons ( 1 combo plus another sandwich) I don’t believe I should be questioned on how many packets I would like. I use them all and don’t waste them.

If you are looking for a healthy quick meal, definitely go to Arby’s. You will surely get a lot more protein and less fat than any other burger chain. I would highly recommend their Gyros, which are awesomely tasty.

I visited Arby's at Chinook Mall food court around 6PM on Sep 26th. A male worker(I believe he is the owner) took my order. I ordered large size of curly fries. He was extremely rude during the whole process. He told me he does not understand my English and I repeated again what I wanted to order, then he said "you come here" to move me to another till. I paid cash, he gave me change but no receipt. He throw the food bag to the counter! not handle to me. I picked it up and I was surprised how much food I got (I have visited different arby's location more than 100 times) obviously it was too little, then I asked him politely : excuse me, is it the large size curly fries? you know I just want to make sure I got the right stuff. then he was rude again and yelled at me: it's alot! how much do you want? I can show you the small size! you already got a big one ok? Because he was so rude and loud, other customers who were waiting aside all looked at us. I am so disappointed with the service and food I got there. Attached is a pic of the food I got (it's a large size)

Ive been to this Arbys twice, and helped by the same man. I have nothing but good things to say. First off, customer service was superb, he was kind, listened, and I do believe cared about the well being of his customers as though they were family. Second, I get the same chicken burger each time, and it is always quick, and I never have an issue with getting the wrong meal or having it made incorrectly. Even just the service alone gets my five stars!

Ringing upsized meal without asking and sandwich!!! Supposed to go into waste bin. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED to visit.
