Perfectly consistent. From the cashier to each person on the line - everyone was miserable, rude and would rather be anywhere else but there!

This kiosk location in the food court is always one of the busiest for a reason. They run two tills simultaneously and cook up great fresh food quickly. I am always amazed at how efficient and friendly the staff are. The prices are great too.

Always very busy, never enough staff to handle the volume. There has been consistently terrible or mediocre service here. Today was the worst service I've had by far. I always get the yakisoba beg bento box, and when I ordered today it took me 15 minutes to get all of my food. I had to ask to get sauce for the tempura and when I had it, it wasn't tempura sauce. When I finally sat down to eat, I see they gave me a sukiyaki beef bento box. I go over, irritated due to the long wait time and wrong order and they tell me I said it wrong and refuse to refund or replace my meal. The cook staff also don't know who ordered what and you have to repeat your order to them. They have no sense of fine management and spend no time trying to offer good customer service. There is only one chef here who is friendly, otherwise this location very obviously values quantity over quality. Will no longer be taking my business to this location.

I really like Edo, but my California rolls were so small! They're 2/3 they're normal size that I have been given at other Edo locations. Disappointed.
