This restaurant is fantastic! I called in to make a reservation and was helped my Anna. She was very kind, professional, and courteous. We had a large table of 13 individuals and the wait staff was fantastic. There were no mix up in bills or drinks. They came by every few minuets to refill drinks and top off waters. We never had empty glasses. The food here was amazing! Every slice of meat was served juicy and seasoned perfectly. When ever the serving staff would run low on a particular cut of meat, they would come back immediately will one fresh off the grill. I would 100% recommend.

The Brazilian BBQ here is fantastic with a very decent selection from the salad bar. I highly recommend trying the grilled pineapple as that item normally goes away fast. The waiters that come around carving your food are friendly. Overall, this is a nice place to try out Brazilian BBQ, and priced pretty competitively. As a side note, they have a lunch takeout option that is very reasonable, if you're around the area and want a satiating lunch.

Food was very good for the most part; a few meats were average-tasting but the majority hit the spot. Salad bar and side buffet was very good with lots of choice. Desserts got positive reviews from everybody on the table - mine was awesome. Nice atmosphere and setting, the restaurant was busy but didn't feel overwhelmingly so. Very friendly server, however the drink service was a little on the slower side. Speaking of which, there is not much choice in beers which is unfortunate as social drinking for me is a very big part of the dining experience. This is certainly not unique to Gaucho as many restaurants in Calgary have beer as an afterthought. Overall, a very decent experience!

Love the food here! It's a bit on the pricier end but we always enjoy our experience here. Try to come earlier as sometimes the ribs (my favourite) doesn't taste as good when its been out for a while. Staff is good too!

This is a great place to take a first date. You can show off to a woman how many lbs of food you can eat in one sitting. I’ve gotten meat sweats here.....twice. And there is an excellent salad bar If she’s vegan. Amazing Brazilian bbq. Parmesan beef is perfect! Go for the lunch, it’s a bit cheaper and still has all the desirable meat selections.
