I thought I saw somewhere someone posted this was updated employees? Well I ordered Doordash for dinner. I ordered 6 inch coldcut combo on white bread ham and cheese on white bread and Buffalo chicken wrap. What I receive was 2 footlongs on cheese bread 1 foollong tunafish on cheese bread and a chicken of some kind on Flatbread. Chips were right. I called and girl says DO you want me to remake and you come and pick up. I did Doordash so I didn't have to leave. She is like what do you want me to do?I said refund my money. OH I don't know how to do that. Guess maybe they need to do another redo. Another place in Cedar Springs that will lose my business also. RIDICULOUS
We have worked hard to overcome issues of the past. We have restaffed the store with more friendly employees, we have retrained them all to subway standards and we have cleaned, deep cleaned and continue to clean and improve things/equipment and training on a daily basis.. Wheelchair accessibility: We even have a wheel chair accessible table!

Our subs were toasted but they didn't seem toasted at all. They were cold, cheese barely melted and bread didn't taste toasted either. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location.
If I could give 0 stars I would, TERRIBLE location. 85% of the time we have ordered the order is wrong, missing items even a full sub missing!, and has only been corrected by them ONCE! I have ordered 6 times and only 1 time has the order been accurate. I am never ordering from this location again I’m done with wrong orders and missing items. I will drive to Rockford. I hope the owner sees this, I’d like to call them since the store doesn’t answer their phone either. Terrible service, do not spend money here.
Ordered online and it still took 20 minutes to get two subs. With no other customers. Just kept getting told it’ll be done soon…..
Felt sorry for the young manMatthew that was working. He was working alone trying to keep up with on-line orders and a line all the way to the door in the restaurant. But he was so calm and polite and apologetic for the wait. I actually felt sorry for him. Matthew would be an asset to any restaurant but it doesn’t appear that Subway appreciates excellent staff. 3/13/22 @ 3:00pm
Why do Subway workers usually seem like A holes? Who ever I just dealt with kinda had a bad attitude with me because I wanted a new sandwich . Once he realized that I totally planned on paying for my sub, he changed his tone real quick. He thought I was trying to get free food so he was acting a bit rude. Subway has a habit of hiring rude people. It's getting old.

Went to the cedar springs subway tonight at 6:30pm & they were closed...even though it says right on their door "open 9am-9pm". Y'all gonna end up going out of business closing at dinner hours just sayin.
