Place is kept very clean, food is good and staff are kind. I'd give them six stars for whenever the brown sugar bacon comes back but google only allows 5.
Love arby's always! I do have one negative comment for the manager however. When we were eating in the restaurant today one of your workers who was working in the kitchen was sick and coughing. That's not very good!
Stopped for lunch had the 2/$7 french dip and swiss and the big fish with a medium curly fry came to $10.50 alot of food for the priceFood: 4/5
I asked for my fish, hot and fresh. It was warm at the most. I got my money back.
You can tell this Arbys has been struggling with staffing, as evident with the everchanging hours. Hopefully they can treat the employees right and create a better environment bc it is a good option to habe here in Brookings.Food: 5/5
Fries half full, missing our sauces, the mayo in the other sandwich smelled like bleu cheese, and the actual "cheese" was better compared to tire rubber.
We had a birthday party because it is the birthday boy's favorite restaurant! The staff was amazing and they even gave him a cookie!
On a trip and just needed some food, ordered big fish deluxe sandwich. Should have gotten a picture but it was not super appealing. Greasy and messy and not very fun to eat. Also ordered a beef and cheddar, I got most of that except the cheddar part as pictured. Fries where kind of greasy and tasted not fresh or something. Dr. Pepper was alright though. Already quite a few miles down the road when I realized all this of course. I am being generous with the second star I think. Features: Didn't notice any
We stopped for lunch. The person taking our order had a hard time understanding what we wanted which was just no tomato on the sandwich and some ketchup and ranch in the bag. We got the right order but it felt like a struggle. The dining area wasn't open and since we were from out of town, it wasn't very convenient.
Two weeks ago we went through the drive thru. Upon receiving home found out we didn't receive our complete order. We called them & they assured us they would send coupons in the mail. Still haven't received anything.
