It has a great small coffeeshop feel, perfect for studying or coffee with friends. Coffee and Tea are always fresh and tasty. I have been countless times now and have never had a negative experience.
Love this place. Great if you want to grab a coffee and study or you could get breakfast/ lunch with friends.
This place has excellent coffee. So flavorful and each roast is made to the appropriate level. It's a great coffee shop to come to and hang out with people. And if you just need some "you" time, it's great for that as well.
I keep coming here for the best caramel breve I've ever had "anywhere" and for that local coffee shop atmosphere.
Drinks are good. I'm missing the comfy couches tho....

After getting to know the manager and staff, as well as learning and understanding coffee roasting better, Cottonwood is hands down the best place in Brookings for coffee and food. Jacob takes the time to make sure that every cup of coffee served is sourced, roasted, and brewed the bring the highest quality of coffee in all of SD.
Inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious sandwich and coffee! Coffee served in a real cup!
Good coffee and great conversation, as always. And, as with many of the local businesses, they're invested in the fun of ESPN broadcasting GameDay live out of SDSU the weekend.
