I don't know where to begin. When I got to the second window I couldn't figure out why the window was covered in post it notes but apparently they park every car! I am guessing their drive-thru times are the best around. The food was not fresh as u had expected since I had to wait almost 8 minutes AND I ordered on the McDonalds app!Food: 1/5
I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a big breakfast. The person taking my order didn't ask me if I wanted hotcakes which I thought already came with it. I got home and no hotcakes. I asked if they had pup cups only to get absolutely no response from the cashier. Called and spoke to the manager who informed me that I have to ask for the hotcakes and apologized for their order board not being clear on the price. Still unacceptable that the cashier ignored my question about the pup cup. I also asked for a large Frappe and they got that wrong. Had to order a large at the window. I know they get busy, but seriously medium and large sound nothing alike. Boo to you McDonald's.
Doordash krders are always high quality. Drivr thru line can be very long, i usually do the online app ordering and curbside pickup. In last couple of months thst wait has gotten longer and longer, too. I dont mind but would appreciate some customer service "sorry for the wait" is all when the food does come! Otherwise, keep up the good work.
This McDonald's just keeps getting worse and worse. Here I am again waiting for a hamburger happy meal, waited in the line to order 15 minutes! Now they have me parked and I've already been waiting over 10 minutes. Still waiting. Guess I should learn my lesson like others and stop coming here. This is ridiculous
If i could give this McDonalds no stars i would. disclaimer: i worked fast food so i always try to be respectful because i understand thing happen. Every single time i come here i have an issue. Let me start off with a few examples: one time i asked if i could get barbecue sauce, and the kid put it on the screen and had said okay. I then paid and pulled forward and had asked for them to throw some extra barbecue sauce in the bag. They said okay. I got my food, checked the bag, and guess what… no bbq. So, i ask maybe i get some bbq and im told they are out. How does this happen. Next off, they messed up my same breakfast sandwich twice in the same week. Their ice cream machine works less than half the time. Their posted hours are never correct, and apparently they do not open at 6 am. So honestly wouldn't recommend but this town has no option’s besides maybe if mcdonalds is open til midnight or opens before 7 am. :
Counter was not staffed so I had to order at a kiosk that did not take cash. My wait time was atrocious. Workers were running all over the place with bags for drive thru customers and DoorDash orders. It didn’t look think things were running efficiently at all.
Service is very very slow. Drive through you will wait in line just to pay for your order and then park and wait longer to get your food. Tastes like fast food but it is far from fast.
Waited in drive through for 10 minutes, they brought our food. Cold fries, none of the dips that were paid for. Went in and asked for new fries and ranch/ketchup, very rude about giving me Amy of it.Food: 2/5
Just got home from the brookings drive-thru. VERY UPSET Bought 2 Large fries an expensive purchase and my fries were clearly deep fryed TWICE. They were brown and hard. VERY VERY Unhappy about the experience.
It's a McDonald's, if you visited one you visited them all. Good experience here is that they were fast with food service. Bad experience is they took longer than normal to take my order.Food: 3/5
