Last 2 times doing takeout scheduled MULTIPLE hours in advance we have had to wait up to 30 mins upon arriving at the scheduled pick up time. That said, the people are friendly, the food delicious, and the price so cheap its hard to be that mad.
Brookings sd dominos is lazy. caught their manager says they just dont feel like working somedays and lets the employees mess around all day. dont order from here unless your ready for 1-3 hours wait time. literally right now people are nonstop pulling in just for refunds
I used to love Gheorghe hours, their service, their food. But the last 3 times I've eaten here I've gotten food poisoning from various things. Wings, pizza, and breads ticks. Customer service is useless.
Ordered at 6:30pm..said approximately 60 min for it to be delivered. 2 1/2 hours later and trying to call multiple times and I was finally able to cancel. Ordered hadn’t been started!!
We ordered delivery at 12:30 this morning, and it got here at 3. We totally understood how busy they’d be. I apologize dominos, we fell asleep. Thank you for leaving the pizza, it’s just as good this morning!
This is the third time we've made an order at the Brookings Domino's Pizza. They've got it wrong each time. I probably will not order from them for a while until they get their stuff together. Kind of irritating. But I know we have an employee shortage. Maybe they need a new manager.
Horrible, waited 2 hours and called them. Said they were 100 pizzas behind and hadn't even started my order. They canceled my order and I haven't received my money back and today is 4 days
I called and ordered a pizza and an hour and a half later when I called to check on it ....it hadn't even been made yet. This used tk be my favorite dominos...no more
Very nice staff, however I got a pizza and it was soggy, and soaked in grease. Both times I have been here the food has been drenched in grease. Hopefully they fix this!
They do not advertise or state on there site that they do not deliver to apartments. They claim it's a cooperate/company rule but no where is it listed. The drivers are extremely rude about this, I was movement limited for a few days and ordered from them and they told me I had to come down and get my pizza and refused to bring it up to me. I got someone to go down to get the pizza for me but they drove off. Luckily they refunded me, but they need to advertise they don't deliver to apartments door to door delivery is false advertising. This place use to be good now they just seem lazy or incompetent not informing it's customers of policy changes.
