It took quite a bit to get my food. They had to get the back 4 cars food ready before they would bring out mine to make 1 trip. I understand if u wanna bring at least 2 cars but not fair to wait for all the people behind me to order and have their food prepared before they can run me mine.Food: 5/5
They were super busy in drive-thru. After you paid you were basically stuck in a parking lot and couldn't leave unless people in front of you left. Food was only so-so. My son and I were not impressed. It was expensive for what we got. Asked for more info: Well, it was a Sunday, mid to late afternoon in Brookings, South Dakota. The Drive-Thru lane was packed and the lane next to it was packed. So once I paid for food, I was giving a piece of paper with a number on it. I could only move forward one space to park. Then a kid would come out and search for car with certain number. One of those cars was holding up 3 other vehicles from leaving. It was a mess. We were stuck there so long, we just ate our food.
The blackberry cobbler was awesome. The shrimp, burger and chicken tenders were pretty good but the fries were soggy and cold.Food: 3/5
I've generally had good experiences at this location, but that has changed the last month. Whoever is responsible for salting the onion rings apparently doesn't realize they shouldn't look like a sugared donut. This has happened twice recently.
The food and service was good, however the seating area was freezing cold! We asked if they could turn the heat on and no one knew how.Food: 4/5
Haven't gotten our food yet. Hope it's good. This location is definitely not one of the cleaner locations.
Only reason I’m giving a three is the food was good and hot.. the cashier did amazing but there were people in line behind me so she couldn’t turn around and pack the bags. But there were two girls just goofing around not doing a thing instead of getting me my food. Then when I got my food it wasn’t all correct.
The double butter burger with cheese and fries hit the spot - fresh, hot, prepared as ordered, and delicious! Most tables hadn't been wiped in the section I chose, so they lost 2 stars. I'll be back, though, and give them another chance. The tables weren't gross, just had a few crumbs and such that made me pass several before finding a relatively clean spot to enjoy my meal.
Good food...fast. They brought it to the table for us. Friendly staff and clean environment. Food: 4/5
