I am so grateful to Dee Davidson and her team for the superb care they offered my mother in the last years of her life. Without these exceptional caregivers, it would have not been possible for my mother to stay in the home she cherished.
I had the opportunity to work with the wonderful staff at this agency. As a Nurse who has been working with the elderly for over 10 years, I can say that I was so impressed with the level of dedication and competency of this team. The management are committed, knowledgeable and available to families at all times. The caregivers were carefully chosen and well matched with clients to ensure a trusting and pleasant relationship. They always did whatever they could do to help a family in need, and I would even say that they would bend over backwards to accommodate as much as possible. In uncertain times when you need an agency to help your loved one , someone who is safe and dependable, Complete Care is your best option!
Complete Care Coordination has helped my elderly dad live in his home as independently as possible. They were able to accommodate his many requests and found a caregiver than my dad truly cherished. I highly recommend their services if you have an elderly parent or family member insisting on living alone at home. The office always kept the family updated with any changes or concerns about my dad. Trustworthy, flexible and caring staff helped my dad prolong his independence at home.
Dee Davidson of Complete Care Coordination is highly experienced in geriatric nursing care and is the utmost professional. She performs a thorough evaluation of her client’s needs and works closely with their families to ensure that the client’s needs are properly assessed. Her experience in geriatric nursing care is exemplary, her attention to the littlest of details is exacting, and the preservation of dignity of the patient is of utmost importance. I have used Dee’s services and expertise on a number of occasions. I’ve seen that great attention is taken in hiring the professional and administrative staff. Complete Care was sold to Home Care Assistance. The people I deal with moved to the new company and there has been no change in the service, other than I can now pay electronically Yay, no more mailing chaques. The review below was written before the sale. Dee and her team have been a godsend for my siblings and me. Our mother lives in a retirement home, and needs 24 hour care, while three of the four of us live out of town. We would not have been able to cope without the friendly, professional, concerned efforts of the Complete Care Team. All of our interactions have been terrific. They allow us to rest easy, knowing our mother is in the best of care.
About a year ago our family called on the services of Complete Care CC to help with our mother who had been suffering with Alzheimer's for several years. To say that dealing with family member with this disease is difficult and stressful is an understatement. I must say from the beginning, the people at the office understood our situation perfectly and within a very short time were up and running with an excellent program of services and care that up to the highest professional standards. From dealing with our mother's doctors and medication to liaising with The CLSC and arranging for all type of equipment and transportation, it was a pleasure dealing with them. Near the end we required 24 hour care and CC never let us down providing excellent caregivers who really did everything for our mother and family with loving attention. Both office staff and caregivers were always there for our mom and the rest of the family, even if all we needed was someone to talk to after a particularly rough day - which happened quite often. The CC people were with our mom and us until the very end, and for that we are very grateful.
Complete Care is very organized and professional. They take the time to know client and match them with caregivers accordingly. And above all strive for continuity of care. Which is very important for elderly. Especially when suffering from dementia and dealing with other illness. You will not regret trusting Complete Care with your love ones. I have known this agency for 10+. And have worked in health care for 20yrs. And would recommend them to healthcare providers and families seeking care for their love ones.
The value of a service based organization can be measured in the quality of staff that directly delivers such services. With this in mind, the caregivers that have attended our mother over the last number of years can be described as trusted, engaging, and have over time become extended members of the family. For the past three years, Complete Care Coordination CCC has been providing occasional home care for my parents, as well as much valued advice and guidance with respect to various situations, e.g. driving issues and medication management. The staff and service providers are professional and attentive to the needs of my parents. They are always there to respond to our inquiries and worries. Communication is of paramount importance to them and always timely. My siblings and I live in cities outside of the Montreal area. We are truly thankful to have found such a trustworthy and reliable organization. I highly recommend CCC to anyone who is looking for support for elderly family members. They truly do care.
