Amazing experience! Great website, excellent prices and phenomenal customer service. Ordered winter boots that were on sale but had to return because they were too big. Return/exchange process couldn't have been easier and staff were exceptional. Purchased a membership to take advantage of free returns and 5% off purchases - I will definitely be shopping here again.

I simply love this company, membership option is great, their website is well built and easy to shop on, the customer service was always impeccable on the phone and on the chat. Prices are always the best online or in shop and there is simply no other places out there with as many choices. Received my products always in a very short time, almost Amazon Prime speed!! Keep up the good work altitude and don't get down because of the bad reviews of a few rotten apples. Haters gonna hate, but stay sharp and keep your great vision and values! Thanks a lot,

Incredible customer service -- I noticed that the price dropped on one of the items I bought earlier, I called them up and they refunded the difference to me. Would absolutely buy from them again. Quick delivery, lower prices than I've seen anywhere, smooth site experience. Great stuff overall!

Ordered a couple of North Face items, one of which was on sale / final sale. It didn’t fit well because it was poorly sized (huge body and very short arms) and wasn’t a quality item at all. Understanding it was a final sale I just kept it, and submitted a detailed product review that indicated that the sizing was much different than described in order to assist future customers. Altitude Sports rejected the review and did not respond to emails at all. It totally undermines my faith in them as a retailer and tells me that fundamentally their product ratings and sizing guides cannot be trusted at all. Edited on Feb 19th - one of the managers reached out to me in response to this commentary, acknowledged the mistake and has made the situation right. This includes posting my product review unedited to their website. I'm changing the review from 1* to 4* accordingly.

Got the membership a few months ago, wanted to take advantage of it, and called in for a price match, provided a photo of the price tag from sports experts with serial number and everything as requested, then still got refused for the price match. Called in to ask why, customer rep said product could be from last year(serial number says it’s the same product), could be damaged(I ask him to call the sports experts store the check). THEN he gave me the real reason: BELOW THEIR PURCHASE PRICE! What the heck? I’ve never heard any retailer who offer price match refuse to price match because it’s below their purchase price! TOTAL BS! Update: Edited from 1 star to 5. Supervisor called me to resolve the situation, offered me both an acceptable explanation and a store credit, apologized on the customer rep’s behalf for misrepresenting their Price Match policy. Though still couldn’t PM the product, I am now satisfied with the result! Thumbs up!
