Avis Car Rental

Worst service from this AVIS... I book for full size car like Dodge Charger or Ford Taurus. I saw they had both cars when i parked in back. He was trying to send me away with a small suv, saying that he did not wash the car. I waiting for him for an hour and he din not move frm his seat. In mean time there was only for one customer who came. At last i had to leave with the unwashed car as per the pics. Not even ready to say the reason for giving me the wrong car. HE THINKS IF WE R IDIOTS, WE WILL ACCEPT ANYTHING HE OFFERS be careful at this place

Never used to have issues renting from this place, but I think perhaps the ownership has changed. Rude staff with HORRIBLE customer service! I have rented from Avis for years, and will no longer rent from this location. Avis needs to do check-in on this location. I had an issue returning a car 10 minutes late and was speaking to a staff member (who spoke fluent English). Another staff member walked up and started speaking in their own language to him and then walked away. After that all of a sudden they were unable to accommodate my request. I found this extremely rude.

Renting here reminds me how horrible the rental experience is compared National. Hassled for an extra 15 mins over ID using the American Airlines frequent flyer AWD and asking me if I want CDW. Like really? What's the point of having preferences saved in your profile. Rather take TTC and trek across the city to YYZ and rent from National.

The owner is the worst person I have met in my life. The cars are not neat they smell veed and he want extra money for everything. He cheats us with fuel too the % he gives us in the form is different from what actually is in there. And important thing don't go directly to him book a car online his price is too high compared to online.

So bad branch the workers are so rude and not helping when I was inside the office. Called the branch one day they hung the phone 2 times lol man it's so dirty and smells bad
