Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Service personnel was not there when we arrived. We had to call them three times before eventually someone came. We finally were able to get into the rented car AFTER 1 HOUR OF WAITING! We rate it 1 star because we felt very pushed aside and as we waited, a line formed. Yet we were still served THIRD.

I don't know what else to do. I recommend this to my friends if you're renting a car for pleasure. Now, if you're renting through insurance, I would not recommend it. I can't believe it.. everything was great up to this point. I got in an accident, insurance told me to call this enterprise to get a rental. I go get it, put my credit card down for "security" and got the car and left. Seems nice and easy right? Wrong. Apparently whoever was writing down the payment information from my insurance company wrote it wrong and therefore, when I returned the car, I noticed a charge to my credit card the next day. I call enterprise about this and they really didn't seem to care about the situation. They said, "we'll look into it and call you back." Did I get a call back? Of course not. I call the next day to the call centre, they said they'll email the manager and call me back when they fix the problem. Did I get a call back. Nope. I call my insurance, they called enterprise and guess what answer I got, "it seems that whoever was on the phone with me has fixed your problem and refunded the money back to your account. You should see it in 2-3 days. 3 days later, no refund. I call back, they said they refunded it but will ask their finance department and call me back. Did I get a call back? Nope. Overall, this has been a month long problem. Guys... I just want my darn refund. Why is it so difficult... You have all the insurance information. Refund me and deal with the outstanding balance later with my insurance.. come on..

Not easy to find the place,it's hidden behind the delaership.
